🎯 What You'll Do

• Project professional image via phone, email, and screen sharing.

📋 Requirements

• 2-year degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in technical support
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Working knowledge of PKI certificates and Unix
