You'll lead accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting for a company in Louisville. You'll manage month-end close, cash management, and budgeting processes while collaborating across departments. This role offers the opportunity to oversee general ledger integrity and lead the annual external audit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
• Manage month-end close and prepare financial reporting to parent company
• Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions
• Lead annual external audit process

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience
• 2 years managing direct reports
• ERP system implementation experience (desirable)

• Strong Excel skills
• CPA or equivalent certification
