You'll execute high-impact Cloud and SI partner strategies across Australia, developing partnerships that open new revenue opportunities. You'll work with leading partners and sales teams to accelerate deals and strengthen MongoDB's market presence.

  • Develop and execute strategic Cloud and SI partner strategy across Australia.
  • Recruit partner relationships for growth opportunities and mutual benefits.
  • Prospect, identify, and develop a sales pipeline through partners.
  • Work with Enterprise Sales to close business and meet bookings objectives.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ years of quota-carrying experience selling through Cloud Partners and SIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Skills in building business champions and running complex sales processes.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Passion for growing career in database market and MongoDB products.
  • Previous sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Familiarity with databases, developers, and open source technology.
