You will lead the Analytics team at Bloomreach, building a high-scale distributed data processing platform that powers personalization for global brands. You will define the technical roadmap, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in software engineering
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, big data processing, and streaming technologies (Spark, Kafka, Flink)
• Proficiency in Java and Python
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Ability to drive alignment across geographically distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Define and champion technical roadmap for scalable data processing platform
• Direct implementation and maintenance of internal and external APIs
• Establish best practices for data processing, observability, and documentation
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, capacity, and development schedules
