💼 About This Role

You'll oversee Medicare ACO programs and value-based contracts across Duet's network of NP-owned practices. This role drives population health strategy and clinical transformation in a fast-growing startup. You'll directly shape national scaling of value-based care while managing a high-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day Medicare ACO program performance and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze value-based contract performance trends and risks.
• Partner with NP-owned practices to drive practice transformation and population health.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts and practice transformation specialists.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in value-based care or Medicare ACOs.
• Direct experience managing Medicare ACO programs.
• Strong understanding of VBC performance drivers and shared savings models.
• Experience working with primary care practices and clinical teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, RN/NP, or similar).
• Experience collaborating with product and data teams.
