Description

You will lead and grow a team of Enterprise Architects at Celonis, acting as an executive sponsor to customer C-levels and driving strategic AI and data solutions. Your team will unlock technical blockers, support sales, and shape enterprise modernization through innovative architectures.

Requirements

• 20+ years experience with track record managing Enterprise Architects
• Proven strategic vision connecting technical solutions to business value
• Excellent communication skills for C-level presentations and negotiations
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Capability Mapping, and Agentic AI
• Strong technical foundation in Data Architecture, SQL, Python, cloud-native and SaaS ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects
• Act as executive sponsor in pre/post-Sales, presenting to C-level executives
• Guide team to design architectures for enterprise modernization and Agentic AI
• Serve as leadership bridge between product engineering and client teams
• Oversee assessment of IT landscape maturity and coach account teams
