💼 About This Role

You'll architect a production system turning complex legal insights into platform-native stories. Your content will be a vital growth lever as we scale our brand. You'll lead in-house content production for Social Media and collaborate with lawyer-influencers and partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead in-house content production for social media including employees
• Manage editors, freelancers, and video agencies on shoots
• Track performance, trends, and story relevance
• Handle production logistics including gear and facilities
• Develop communities around lawyer-influencer talent

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube formats and algorithms
• Strong storytelling instincts to translate complex ideas into engaging content
• Basic production knowledge of lighting, sound, and setups
• Experience briefing and managing freelancers and agencies
