🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze user engagement and behavior data across the streaming platform.
• Build and train predictive models for recommendations and personalization.
• Design and build dbt models for analytics tools like Rill and GrowthBook.
• Architect prototype approaches for future recommendation algorithms.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years as a data scientist or machine learning engineer.
• Proven track record building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis and working with large-scale user data.
• Exceptional ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in streaming, entertainment, or content discovery domains.
• Familiarity with dbt, Rill, GrowthBook, or similar tools.
• Domain knowledge in user engagement metrics or retention analysis.
