💼 About This Role

You'll drive user acquisition and value growth for the Loan Against Mutual Fund product at India's leading fintech. You'll execute growth experiments and optimize funnels to improve application-to-disbursal conversion. You'll collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to deliver data-backed initiatives across the user lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support user acquisition and value growth initiatives for LAMF product
• Plan and execute growth experiments to improve funnel conversion
• Identify funnel drop-offs and optimize user journeys with product/tech teams
• Execute targeted campaigns for acquisition, reactivation, and cross-sell

📋 Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in growth, category management, or business roles in fintech or consumer internet
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution, funnel analysis, and performance tracking
• MBA from a reputed institute is preferred but not required
