Description

As a Senior Sales Consultant at Businessolver, you will manage the full sales lifecycle—from sourcing leads to closing deals—for our proprietary SaaS platform. You will actively hunt new business with enterprise-level employers, build relationships with brokers and advisers, and execute a consultative sales strategy to drive growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years selling technology and/or SaaS
• Experience in Benefit Administration or HCM industries preferred
• Experience with health benefit brokers and consultants preferred
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Channel sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the proprietary SaaS platform Engage
• Actively hunt new business with enterprise-level employers (up to 8,000 employee lives)
• Execute consultative sales strategy and build pipeline
• Develop relationships with channel partners such as brokers and advisers
• Track activities and produce status reports
