💼 About This Role

You'll lead Aircall's global Number Operations team to deliver world-class support for number purchasing, porting, and compliance. You'll drive operational excellence and partner with Product, Carrier Relations, and Legal to shape number management strategy. Your impact will be visible across 22,000+ customers in a fast-moving, AI-powered environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a global team of 20 ICs, managers, and contractors
• Build quarterly Number Operations OKRs with Product, Carrier Relations, and Support Ops
• Own customer escalations and build relationships with carrier partners
• Project manage KYC/compliance requests collaborating with Legal
• Partner with Product to advocate for UX improvements and automation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Number Operations or Carrier Operations in SaaS
• 2+ years in a management role hiring and developing teams
• Advanced proficiency with Zendesk and Carrier Portal solutions
• Advanced project management experience with large project delivery

• SQL proficiency
• Experience with Looker or other data tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
