You'll translate scientific excellence into a compelling external presence as we advance lead programs toward commercialization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive communication strategies for scientific thought leadership and media engagement.
• Develop messaging for press releases, Q&As, slide decks, and social media.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for disease awareness and patient advocacy.
• Manage external/media inquiries and communications around clinical milestones.
• Support deal communications and provide ad-hoc internal communications support.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or life sciences field.
• 10+ years in biotech or pharmaceutical communications including product communications.
• Direct experience managing pre-launch communications for a breakthrough or orphan drug therapy.
• Strong scientific understanding of molecule discovery and development lifecycle.
