🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Head of Compliance with regulatory inspections and supervisory processes.
• Act as secondary contact for regulatory matters with Banco Central.
• Prepare and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impacts.

📋 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B.) and qualification to practice law in Brazil.
• Strong regulatory compliance experience in financial institutions.
• Experience interacting with the Banco Central do Brasil.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory framework for Payment Institutions and DTVMs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or regulated innovative products.
• Exposure to regulatory inspections or remediation processes.
• Postgraduate degree in Financial Regulation, Compliance, or related fields.
