Description

You will ensure clients have a successful experience setting up data flows between their payroll provider and Betterment's employer benefits platform. You'll interface with clients, audit payroll data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience with HRIS vendors like ADP, Gusto, Rippling
• Working knowledge of API connectors and SFTP file feeds
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to influence stakeholders with competing priorities
• Experience with CRM and project management systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Asana)

Responsibilities

• Directly interface with clients setting up payroll integration
• Audit incoming payroll data for accuracy and completeness
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies independently
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for improvement and scale
