You will provide strategic HR consulting and coaching to leadership, support employee and manager levels, and drive organizational development initiatives. Use people data to improve organizational health and retain talent.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in related field; PHR/SPHR preferred
  • 5-8+ years progressive HR experience in high growth environment
  • Experience with exempt and non-exempt client groups, preferably in call center
  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including org design, employee relations, compensation, and employment laws
  • Proven track record of coaching on and resolving sensitive employee issues

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary HRBP support for first-line managers across client groups
  • Coach and guide leadership on organizational and people-related strategies
  • Develop and drive strategies to develop, engage, and retain diverse talent
  • Facilitate HR programs such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and development programs
  • Use data to identify trends and improve organizational health and employee engagement
