💼 About This Role

You'll lead IPSY's CRM lifecycle marketing to drive revenue and retention across subscription programs. You'll architect scalable member journeys and personalization strategies. This role reports to the VP, CRM and is 100% remote.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own lifecycle strategy tied to revenue, retention, and ARPU targets
  • Forecast performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Lead testing roadmaps and optimization cycles across all channels
  • Architect holistic lifecycle frameworks from acquisition to reactivation

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing with revenue-driving programs
  • Deep experience forecasting performance and managing retention/LTV metrics
  • Advanced A/B testing expertise and ability to translate data into action
  • Proven experience building automated lifecycle journeys across email, push, SMS
