Requirements

• 4+ years experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or similar technical roles
• Strong hands-on experience administering and optimizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience designing and implementing automation workflows across multiple GTM systems
• Technical fluency working with APIs, integrations, and system orchestration tools
• Experience building or experimenting with AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation for go-to-market teams
• Architect and deploy AI-powered GTM automations including multi-agent MCP workflows
• Administer and enhance Salesforce ecosystem with Apex, flows, and custom functionality
• Develop intelligent routing, territory assignment, and operational workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
