• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networking
• Support offer development and negotiation aligned with compensation philosophy

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong experience hiring clinical roles
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience partnering with external search firms and staffing agencies
