You'll prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages, focusing on deals in the $30K - $250K ACV range. You'll run high-quality outbound outreach and build your own pipeline from scratch. This role offers a fast-paced startup environment with stock options and flex PTO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and large teams
• Run outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to decision-makers
• Develop understanding of brokerage operations and technology decisions
• Create qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of lead generation or business development experience
• Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• BA/BS degree preferred
