Description

You will architect high-impact experiences that drive brand loyalty and product awareness, managing stadium-scale member events, PR launches, and social activations end-to-end. You'll partner with creative and marketing teams to translate business goals into flawless execution, and during off-seasons support campaign production.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in hospitality/events, preferably in high-growth tech or financial services
• Proven project management mastery with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Understanding of video and photography production workflows
• Exceptional communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and command a room as MC
• Data-driven mindset to translate event engagement metrics into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into high-impact event concepts with strategists and creatives
• Own full event lifecycle from RFP to on-site logistics and post-event strike
• Oversee film production elements and ensure brand consistency with Creative Studio
• Lead vendor agency RFP process, negotiate contracts, manage third-party vendors
• Host and MC events, representing the brand with charisma and professionalism
