  • Manage weekly operational meetings and performance reviews with partners
  • Analyze partner data to create compelling narratives for improvement
  • Advise partners on best practices for selection, pricing, and service levels
  • Deliver in-person training sessions on operational best practices

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or strategic partnerships
  • Ability to manage large datasets and translate into insights
  • Strong communication and influence skills for senior stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
