Description

You will join Bloomreach's newly formed Datacraft team as a founding engineer, building the next-generation data platform that powers internal data warehousing, analytics dashboards, and the Loomi Analytics Agent. Your work will directly impact how hundreds of enterprise customers access and activate their Bloomreach data across Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and other platforms.

Requirements

• Expert in at least one component of the data stack
• Ability to decompose objectives into tasks and lead small projects end-to-end
• Fluency with coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Gemini CLI) as part of daily workflow
• Experience building data pipelines and data models
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence

Responsibilities

• Design data pipelines following medallion architecture (Kafka, GCS, Iceberg, DWH)
• Own data models and ETL mutations for ID resolution and consent semantics
• Maintain orchestration (Airflow/Cloud Composer) and monitoring
• Shape the data layer for Loomi Analytics Agent including evaluation harnesses and analytics skills
• Accelerate dashboard shipping by migrating reporting to DWH-backed modern analytics stack
