Description

As a Solutions Engineer at Neo4j, you will partner with sales executives to showcase the Graph Intelligence Platform. You'll lead technical evaluations, deliver demonstrations, and build trusted relationships with customers to solve high-value data challenges using graph technology.

Requirements

• 5+ years customer-facing experience in a similar capacity (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant)
• Experience with data technologies: enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture
• Familiarity with graph data technology essential; working knowledge of Neo4j a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with relational databases

Responsibilities

• Articulate business and technical value of Neo4j to customers as a trusted advisor
• Drive technology evaluation stage of sales cycles including qualification, technical discovery, demos, and proof of value
• Build rapport with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on graph capabilities
• Co-create reference and solution architectures integrating Neo4j with existing infrastructure or cloud
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to product management and engineering
