Description

You will be the first point of contact for guests at the Torrance Soccer Center, providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and assisting with registrations and event bookings. You'll also support the on-site café and help maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and MS Office
• Must be able to stand for at least 2 hours
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and welcome guests
• Answer guest inquiries via phone, in person, and email
• Assist with program registration, field rentals, and event bookings
• Support on-site café by selling food and beverages
