You'll partner directly with Handshake's founders and exec team to tackle 0-to-1 initiatives across product, GTM, and operations. You'll drive high-impact projects from idea to execution at a company powering 25 million job seekers and 1,600 educational institutions.

• Drive 0-to-1 initiatives across product, GTM, and operations

• Build new internal capabilities and operating systems
• Create order out of ambiguity on urgent company-wide problems
