Description

You will lead IT due diligence and technology assessments for M&A transactions, guiding private equity firms and portfolio companies through carve-outs, mergers, and transformations. Your work will involve analyzing IT costs, identifying synergies, and developing separation strategies using Microsoft Cloud technologies to ensure seamless project execution and client success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Big 4 or professional services experience
• Experience with IT due diligence, M&A consulting, or IT strategy in M&A context
• Expertise in Microsoft Cloud technology (M365, Azure, Teams, Intune)
• Experience migrating on-premises systems to Azure AD and M365
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead IT due diligence projects for commercial and private equity clients
• Develop IT separation strategies and roadmaps for carve-outs and mergers
• Analyze IT costs, identify synergies, and manage risks
• Enable client collaboration through Microsoft 365 deployment and adoption
• Lead complex projects from requirements definition through ongoing support
