You'll support high school students through the college enrollment process as a member of the College and Career Access Team. Your work will directly impact underrepresented student populations by facilitating access to college resources and financial aid guidance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as liaison with post-secondary institutions on concurrent enrollment programs.
• Support students in concurrent enrollment applications and course scheduling.
• Maintain data tracking systems for enrollment and academic progress.
• Assist junior/senior college counseling teachers with lesson planning and execution.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related field.
• Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures.
• Experience with data tracking and analysis for program improvement.
• Familiarity with student success strategies for underrepresented students.
