💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's team to maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts at our Cape Girardeau facility. Your work directly supports our mission to transform the construction industry through technology. You'll operate on the newest fleet in the industry using advanced diagnostic tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Diagnose issues using data from hundreds of makes and models
• Maintain and repair electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment schematics and diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a drug screen

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• OSHA knowledge preferred
