You'll lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for high-value strategic accounts at Astronomer, the company behind the Astro DataOps platform. You'll drive growth by partnering with F500 and Global 2000 organizations to modernize their data strategy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive growth by leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Deliver compelling demonstrations and craft tailored proposals
- Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and product teams
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience in SaaS or data platforms
- 5+ years of field experience with in-person customer engagement
- Consistent success meeting or exceeding new business quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement platforms

- Experience selling to data teams or technical buyers
- Background in data orchestration or Airflow-related technologies
- Prior success in a startup or high-growth environment
