You'll build and maintain sophisticated Webflow pages for a fast-growing AI startup improving housing and healthcare. You'll partner with Design, Product Marketing, and Leadership to drive our digital presence with pixel-perfect, accessible, and performant sites. This role offers the chance to write the playbook for a scaled unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, launch, and maintain responsive Webflow pages.
• Translate Figma prototypes into functional Webflow builds.
• Manage and optimize Webflow CMS architecture.
• Conduct testing for browser compatibility, load speeds, and WCAG compliance.
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of advanced Webflow development with Box Model, Flexbox, Grid, Interactions.
• Experience building scalable Webflow CMS environments for non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional experience with clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for production custom coding.
• Track record of translating high-fidelity Figma prototypes into functional builds in fast-paced teams.
