Description
You'll drive direct sales growth by converting marketing leads, engaging at industry events, and generating new opportunities, primarily targeting regional and national banks and credit unions. You'll report to the Director of Sales, lead day-to-day sales efforts, and contribute to business development initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the banking ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years quota-carrying B2B sales in banking, fintech, or financial services technology
- Proven success generating pipeline and closing enterprise-level deals
- Ability to articulate business value of enterprise SaaS or communication tech to banking decision-makers
- Strong understanding of banking ecosystem including compliance, risk, payments, and customer engagement
- Track record of overachievement in competitive, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead-to-customer cycle to exceed sales and revenue targets
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Build and drive direct sales activities
- Contribute to business development and execute outbound campaigns
- Manage pipeline and forecasting through Salesforce
