Description

In this role, you will architect the engineering framework for launching our first certified aircraft, ensuring compliance with ARP4754A and other aerospace standards. You'll define processes, establish artifact standards, and coach engineering teams to integrate compliant workflows, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize toolchains and drive a culture of compliance.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Systems, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years aerospace systems development experience
• Experience with requirements management tools (Polarion, DOORS, Jama)
• Understanding of civil aviation systems engineering standards
• Experience defining and implementing engineering processes
