💼 About This Role

You'll assist in managing store operations, opening and closing the store, and providing excellent customer service. Your core impact will be driving sales and supporting team members during high-volume periods. You'll also help train new employees and maintain inventory accuracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Open and close the store following procedures
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Process cash transactions and maintain age verification
• Train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
