🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and strategy for Miro Engage
• Lead AI-first innovation and experimentation
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Raise design craft standards and mentor other designers

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user and business impact
• Exceptionally strong UI and interaction skills
• AI-native design experience with practical examples

• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-focused roles
• Experience with workshop facilitation tools
