💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a dedicated Sales Operations partner to senior sales leaders at Delinea, an identity security company. You will drive forecast rigor, process optimization, and data-driven insights to support the America's sales teams. This role is hybrid in Mexico City.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted partner for senior sales leaders and sellers.
• Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance analysis.
• Design coverage models, territory structures, and capacity plans.
• Optimize sales processes and workflows to reduce friction.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Proven experience supporting sales teams and senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex analytical models.
• Deep Salesforce experience; administration or certification a plus.
