💼 About This Role

You'll lead the establishment and management of a cleared possessing facility under the National Industrial Security Program. You'll serve as the primary liaison with DCSA and develop the Insider Threat Program. This role is critical to embedding security-first practices into E-Space's space-based IoT innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Stand up and manage a cleared possessing facility under NISP.
• Serve as primary liaison with DCSA and government partners.
• Lead personnel, facility, and information security clearances.
• Develop and manage the Insider Threat Program.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility preferred).
• 8+ years in industrial security, including 3+ years as FSO.
• Experience establishing a new cleared facility through accreditation.
• Certified FSO (CDSE) training completion.

• Insider Threat Program Management training (CDSE).
• Experience with TEMPEST and COMSEC protocols.
• Familiarity with ICD 705 and DoDM 5205.07.
