Description
You'll own the full sales cycle for SMB, startup, and enterprise customers, turning demand for cutting-edge generative AI models into revenue. Manage 30-50+ accounts, drive retention and expansion, and collaborate with technical teams to close deals across API access and weight licensing.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in a closing sales role, ideally with BDR-to-AE progression
- Experience selling technical products: APIs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML
- Comfortable discussing model capabilities, API integration, and deployment with technical buyers
- Track record of managing high volume of accounts and deals in parallel
- Strong outbound instincts and experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle from qualification to close for SMB, startup, AI-native, and enterprise customers
- Manage a book of 30-50+ accounts, driving retention, adoption, and expansion
- Qualify inbound leads and run outbound prospecting into target segments
- Handle deals across API access and weight licensing
- Translate customer needs and usage patterns into expansion opportunities
