🎯 What You'll Do

• Mow lawns and remove clippings as scheduled.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Maintain and repair exterior lighting and fixtures.
• Clean pool and spa per manufacturer specifications.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of full-time grounds maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read instructions and document labor
