You'll lead GNC algorithm development and validation for missile defense systems at Long Wall. You'll drive mission analysis, integration, and test execution. This role offers hands-on impact across flight-critical systems at a rapidly growing defense startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and refine GNC requirements for mission objectives.
• Develop, analyze, and validate GNC algorithms and software.
• Plan and execute GNC validation tests and HITL simulations.
• Oversee system integration and troubleshoot anomalies.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree from an accredited university
• 6+ years of experience developing aircraft, missile, or spacecraft GNC systems

✨ Nice to Have

• M.S. or PhD degree
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and high-level programming languages (C, C++, FORTRAN)
• Experience with hypersonic flight regime control systems
