You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch, ensuring they find the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way. This role lets you combine your passion for pop culture with making a difference through our giving program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and encourage customer return visits.
• Cover the sales floor zone, ensuring visual standards are met.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at the register.
• Assist with planogram changes and communicate fashion trends to management.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 lbs.
