Description

Work 1:1 with children ages 0-8 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data in home, community, and clinical settings. Requirements

• RBT Certificate through the BACB
• High school diploma/GED
• One year experience with children with IDDs preferred
• Commitment to reliable, compassionate care
• Current CPR/FA certification

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures as per treatment plan
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Document interventions and progress toward goals accurately and timely
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan
• Provide training and assistance to help client acquire and maintain skills
