💼 About This Role

You'll lead real estate strategy and site control for Blue Energy's gas-to-nuclear development portfolio across the U.S. You'll manage title review, curative actions, and land control structures that meet project finance and NRC regulatory requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams. This role is critical for de-risking sites from early development through construction and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead real estate strategy for gas and nuclear development across U.S. markets.
• Manage site control instruments like leases, options, and easements.
• Conduct title and survey review, resolving title defects and encroachments.
• Coordinate curative activities with counsel, title companies, and surveyors.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of real estate experience for utility-scale energy projects.
• Demonstrated experience with title review and curative work.
• Strong understanding of land control structures like ground leases and easements.
• Working knowledge of ALTA/NSPS survey standards and title insurance.
