Requirements

  • 8+ years B2B software sales experience
  • 5+ years closing in mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Track record of closing $100K–$5M deals across varying cycle lengths
  • Proven ability to navigate complex procurement processes
  • Consultative selling approach to technical and commercial stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business revenue by navigating complex organizations to reach decision-makers
  • Execute across buying motions to exceed revenue quota
  • Identify use cases and collaborate cross-functionally to position Claude as a solution
  • Build consensus among diverse stakeholders on AI adoption
