🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead SOX and internal audit projects, including scoping and risk assessments
• Oversee control design, testing, documentation, and remediation for SOX
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide training and coordinate audits
• Evaluate control deficiencies and develop remediation plans

📋 Requirements

• 15-20 years of internal audit experience, Big 4 or public company
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, CFE, or CISA
• Deep understanding of COSO, GAAP, and risk-based auditing
• Proven success leading SOX compliance programs
