💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute BURGA's global B2B and wholesale strategy, leading a performance-driven team and managing key international retail partnerships. Your core impact will be scaling the brand's wholesale channel to drive significant revenue growth across global markets. You'll represent BURGA at international trade shows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align B2B initiatives with the company's vision.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and execute global B2B and wholesale strategy, set KPIs, and implement scalable sales processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the B2B sales team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Manage key wholesale partnerships, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and marketing budgets.
  • Represent BURGA at international trade shows and identify new business opportunities.

📋 Requirements

  • 5-6+ years leading B2B/wholesale sales teams in physical product brands.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through wholesale channels.
  • Experience working with international retail partners and distributors.
  • Strong track record presenting brands at global trade shows.
