Description
You will play a key advisory role for clients in identifying, selecting, and attracting top talent. Under the supervision of your Team Lead, you will contribute to the quality of deliverables, candidate experience, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a recruitment firm or agency, with expertise in technical sourcing and full-cycle recruitment
- Comfortable with direct approaches (phone, email, social media) and salary negotiation
- Experience in consulting or client service, with passion for creative solutions
- Excellent communication (native French, technical English minimum)
- Valid driver's license and access to a car; willing to travel to clients
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment mandates according to service offer and deadlines
- Develop work plans using Go RH methodology and keep clients informed of progress
- Conduct sourcing, direct approaches, pre-qualification, and candidate presentation
- Manage job postings, social media, and employer branding for passive candidates
- Develop and maintain candidate pools in ATS (Lever) and network with top talent
