💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale Accordion's automated quality framework across products, services, and AI-enabled workflows. Your core impact will be owning the architecture behind automated validation, test harnesses, and evaluation pipelines. This role stands out for its focus on AI evaluation infrastructure and cross-pod tooling standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design core automation framework for functional, API, integration, regression, and workflow testing
• Define standards for reusable test assets, environment usage, and data setup
• Build and maintain regression harnesses for AI-enabled features
• Work with software engineers to improve testability, observability, and CI/CD integration

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA automation, SDET, or quality engineering roles
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD
• Strong scripting or coding skills
• Experience working with data-intensive or workflow-heavy applications

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI or LLM validation tooling
• Bachelor's degree preferred
