You'll help communication service providers modernize their operations through innovative telecom software solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, guiding customers through solution design and implementation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop tailored telecom solution proposals.
• Lead customer-facing technical discussions, presentations, and workshops to build confidence in solutions.
• Support the full customer engagement lifecycle from pre-sales discovery to post-contract optimization.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, or deploying telecom BSS/OSS solutions.
• Strong understanding of telecom architectures including 5G monetization and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing solution architecture or consulting roles with cross-functional teams.
• Background in software development, systems integration, or program management is preferred.
