Description

You will handle payroll operations for CLS employees, including salary calculation, severance pay, social insurance, year-end tax settlement, and withholding tax reporting. You will also improve payroll systems in line with changing labor laws and employee convenience features.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for temporary helpers at delivery camps
• Handle full payroll cycle for delivery staff including salary, retirement benefits, and year-end tax settlement
• Update and distribute payroll policies
• Support internal payroll team in process improvement and compliance
• Assist with labor cost settlement and year-end closing
