💼 About This Role

You'll join a cross-functional team in Romania to design and build core platform services for a cloud-native, GenAI-fueled SaaS platform. Your work will directly impact how finance and tax leaders operate globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable core platform services
• Collaborate with product, QA, Architecture, Delivery, and DevOps teams
• Own code quality via Developer-Led Testing (unit, integration, contract, e2e)
• Pair-program daily with AI tools to implement features and refactor code

📋 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Java
• Real-world experience working with AWS services in production (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM)
• Proven ownership of infrastructure setup and configuration (not just app deployment)
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, NodeJS, or TypeScript
• Experience with AI-based coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor
